When you open the door to St. Helena's Pre-K, you enter into a wonderful world of wonder. It is a bright and comfortable room where the children are met by caring and nurturing teachers. The room is newly built. It's a bright and cheerful room for learning. The children have their own bathroom in the classroom!

The day begins at 8:00 AM. The students are dismissed at 2:20 PM.

Our goal is to build self-esteem, socialization skills, and communication skills. We also hope to provide experiences that build each child's emotional, intellectual, and spiritual growth.

The children work in centers, small group and large group settings. They learn about numbers, counting, letters, and sounds. All kinds of science and social study facts are taught. In music class, they sing their little hearts out and in art, they do all kinds of crafts. They learn about God and how to love and care for one another.

Through a variety of fun filled activities, the pre-schoolers are provided with opportunities to explore their world and acquire readiness skills for kindergarten. They are lead to wonder, discover, and investigate the world around them through creativity, curiosity, and imagination. There are many hands on activities provided through the day.
