Physical Education is education through movement. The curriculum is designed to help children learn motor and lifetime activity skills. Students learn locomotive and non-locomotive movements, manipulative skills, spatial awareness, cooperative skills and good sportsmanship. Students are introduced to various games and progress to team sports. Specialized motor skills used in various sports is also emhasized.

Grades 1 to 6 participate in an annual field day, with seventh grade students monitoring the various events. Students receive health instruction. Topics consist of mental, family, social, community and environmental health. Students also learn about nutrition, exercise drug prevention, disease and first aid.
